Horrible service and scams. I rented here for a weekly car rental and had to call every week to get extra charges and extra pending holds removed. Some pending charges would last for over 30 days and be extra charges for no reason.
There are cars like any other car rental companies. but the difference from others is the attention is FAST and EFFICIENT and CORTEOUS. All my experiences there has been the same. Thumbs up !!!
It's a nightmare to go there because they toll my rental car to Oakland area and promise to return my belonging to 1440 Sam metao ave on 14/4-15/4 including my D.L.and cridet cards which they never do...
