I hired Dilvir on December 29th for a January 5th closing. He did ultimately secure $2,000 from the seller for repair costs, which was the goal. However, the process was extremely stressful and lacked transparency.From day one, he constantly said my case was "weak" and getting even $500 would be "nearly impossible." On closing day at 4pm - after a mentally exhausting day of back-and-forth - he called saying he got $2,000 but now wanted an extra $250 plus tax on top of my $2,000 retainer for overtime.
