While it's unfortunate that not all of the amenities are open yet (that's the reason for the one star deduction), I've enjoyed my stay here overall. The management team has been great to work with and has always been willing to help with my many questions and requests. Update: They got roaches and no amenities. Sucks. Sucked before the new property management. Sucks even more now. Sign a lease anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. Dogs off leash attacking our dogs, dog poop all over the property and smeared all over side walks. Cameras don’t work so had no proof even though a dog attacked ours right in front of the cameras. Tl;dr -- Avoid this place at all costs. It's genuinely so bad in every conceivable way. DO NOT believe things have improved with the new management company. We were optimistic, but unfortunately more of the same. My spouse and I have lived in apartments across the United States for a combined total of more than 20 years. This is easily the worst experience of our lives (including Antioch, TN where people were regularly shot). Yeah, this place is just not it… Out here charging nearly $1,900 for a studio apartment, paint job was a mess, handles breaking off the microwave, the list goes on. Luxury living indeed. Leasing office is always bothered by anything you might check in about. They were attempting to clear up confusion over the different resident access points, but the attitudes were not it, so I asked to speak with management - yeah that was another experience all of its own.
