I am very disappointed with the maintenance workers and it is difficult to use the amenities with so many residents. The people who installed the washer/dryer drilled holes in the tubing so it leaked when I used it. The maintenance team took almost an entire month to order a new one. When the new one arrived, they switched the hot and cold water lines. I lost a load of new clothes. The caulking in the shower has been replaced twice and has not held. I stayed in a furnished unit for a month at Avion visiting from Great Falls and loved my stay here. Very clean apartment with great amenities and even better staff!
Great communication! Helped us out when we were having technology problems and even waving fees! As they could see it wasn’t us but the brief technical difficulties! On top of maintenance issues! The lady’s in the office are great !
Paying for “luxury” when there are no floor vents at all, only two ceiling vents, so cooking oil and lint build up every week by the oven. our maintenance requests take two weeks to fill and are “fixed” so poorly they don’t work - floorboards popped up again the next day. The repair - super glue. Cabinet hinges not installed, dishwasher not properly installed and it works half the time. Washer/dryer occasionally reeks of gasoline, somehow rent is more expensive every month because of fees for what?????
