Will not be renewing my lease that goes until july🙄😒. They talk about a pool and a gym that u can use when u move in but its not open and they refuse to let anyone use those things yet we still pay for it. Staff is non existent when you call them and the one manager Holly was extremely rude when I asked her to correct something with my rent even though it was a mistake that a past manager made. Not to mention not enough parking and i have to walk from timbuktu to get to my building. I cant wait to move out this place sucks... read more
Very disappointed that Avion permitted this abusive mess and then expects Republic to clean it up. This mess has been going on for weeks. Put cameras up, close off the back entries and get rid of the trashy people your leasing to. Thank you Republic.
Taelynn was amazing and very patient throughout the whole moving process!! She helped us out so much and was very responsive!! We needed help fixing our microwave and Jacob was very helpful and quick to get the issue solved!!
While it's unfortunate that not all of the amenities are open yet (that's the reason for the one star deduction), I've enjoyed my stay here overall. The management team has been great to work with and has always been willing to help with my many questions and requests. I can tell they're actively making improvements, and I'm optimistic about what the community will become over time. I live in a two bedroom apartment, and it's by far my favorite layout I've had. Update: They got roaches and no amenities. Sucks. Sucked before the new property management. Sucks even more now. Sign a lease anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. Dogs off leash attacking our dogs, dog poop all over the property and smeared all over side walks. Cameras don’t work so had no proof even though a dog attacked ours right in front of the cameras.
