I moved into this apartment in December 2023, i am very happy with all the service provided and like the apartment very much. It has a peaceful environment, everything are maintained very well.
Great community. Quiet, Walkable, clean. Easy move in process. Property management is great and helpful with utility numbers for connections. Pope Properties are the best in the area.
Moved in about a month ago from out of town so I was really nervous when looking for a location in the area. They go quick! The first location I was interested in became booked prior to me securing the property (my fault entirely.) However, Kimberly was extremely helpful and found me a place at Avington as soon as it opened up which saved me from the stress of finding another location that had the amenities I was looking for.
