I WENT 10/14 and let me tell you how I really want to file a police report! I FEEL SOOOO VIOLATED AS A WOMAN. This obgyn came off very aggressive in her tone and delivery. She didn’t explain any procedure to me that she was about to perform. I had to have a biopsy and she didn’t explain one thing I WAS RUNNING OFF THE TABLE AND SHE KEPT GOING , IT WAS LIKE A person took A KNIFE AND was CONTINUING TO STAB me inside my vagina. I’ve been seeing Dr. Stacey Cacchio for years and she’s been great! Quick and easy pap smears, very informative about my PMOS, and makes everything comfortable for me. My only complaint is the scheduling. Mostly the new AI system. Get rid of it! :) It’s not helpful and doesn’t understand what I’m trying to tell it. I want to talk to a person every time, thank you!

My daughter had a service performed at one of the offices. She is a minor. I am the policy holder on the insurance and signed for financial responsibility. My insurance over paid and the practice sent the over payment to my daughter and not me. I informed them that my daughter was a minor is not the policy holder and the financial agreement was between myself and them. They refused to cancel the check and reissue it in my name even though they are in "breach of contract" by not refunding the money to me. The billing staff wa... read more
