I have never had such disrespect and unprofessionalism in my life. I saw NP Dombroski to confirm pregnancy at 8wks pregnant and at the visit I told her I was in a car accident a few weeks prior (I was 6wks pregnant at the time of the accident). She asked if I was having any symptoms, I told her I was no longer having headache, generalized body aches, and stomach cramp. I loved my provider at Avina, however, their billing department is a nightmare. While I was pregnant they made me pay up front for my delivery, which they didn’t end up performing (but they didn’t bring up all the money I’d paid for it until I did), they just kept telling me I owed when I came for visits and trying to collect payment when that was not true. The real issue though, has been that because I had a C-section, I had an IUD placed for my safety 6 weeks postpartum. My husband’s employer didn’t cover it due to a claim... read more
Dr. Jenkins provided my prenatal care and emergency c section and is a great doctor.
Dr Jones is amazing. He actually listens to you! The whole staff is so friendly and helpful. I appreciate the care I receive everytime I'm in the office.
