Dr Schott was so kind and listened to all my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend her!
I have a really difficult time seeing a provider when their office staff is rude. Marissa was so frustrated with me for just asking a simple question about coming in as a new patient. She was unprofessional and is clearly empowered in her behavior to cut people off, and speak to grown women like they are children. Thanks for convincing me to find a better provider. These reviews confirmed it is the right thing to do.
Horrible. DR Jones is very nonchalant and uncaring in regards to my care. CNP wrote in accurate details about my visit in my visiting notes. It’s been 15 years since I’ve been in pregnant, the first was an ectopic . This is my second pregnancy at 37 years old. Dr Jones told me he did not see a sac and had me do blood work to check HCG levels. He stated i miscarried or that i am miscarrying at 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I’ve had two positive visits prior to this and really liked my provider so am disappointed to be writing this review - I was coming from another appointment and hit some traffic so ended up checking in 5 min after my appointment time. When I arrived the front desk staff told me my “appointment was for 2:45 and it’s 2:50 now, and your provider had somewhere to be” and that she was no longer in the office.
