Literally ignore the bad reviews. I wanted to leave this review today because I think it is unfair that this location has such a bad rating. I have read so many of the reviews and it sounds like a bunch of impatient people to me, or maybe they just had a bad day. I have gone here for four years and not once have had a single issue of any kind with anyone or anything. Scheduling is always easy. I have never dealt with a long wait time either. I truly don’t understand how this place doesn’t have 5 stars. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I have severe anxiety with the gyno and everyone has made me feel so comfortable and not a problem at all. CPN Lauren Plessinger and Dr. Jessica Guinness are literally two of the most wonderful people on this earth. They both are calming, gentle, and nonjudgmental. My experience with Avina has been great. But last week I received an automated voicemail from a robot that my appointment in July was cancelled and that it was on me to reschedule. I called back in the hopes of rescheduling and to give the gentle feedback that this felt impersonal and I would have greatly appreciated a more personal phone call; to resolve the reschedule all at once rather than put the burden on me as the patient.
