Be careful when you sign your lease! If you want a short term rental it will automatically roll over each month and you will end up paying for two extra months! You have give 60 days notice in writing if you want your lease to end on time. Nice place otherwise.
What a beautiful community!! Gorgeous homes with well kept grounds. Phoenicia, the Community Manger was the best. She was very polite, professional and provided the utmost assistance. Prior to moving in, I had an unforeseen circumstance that push back my move in date, but she did not hesitate to provide flexibility to make sure I was well taken care of. Keep up the good work Phoenicia!! Your future residents appreciate you :)
