I wish I would have listened to the reviews before moving in. I thought since they were old reviews they may have gotten it together but I was far from correct. The maintenance orders don’t get completed half the time, you overpay insanely for outdated appliances, etc. And better hope you never need to reach anyone cause they don’t like to answer their phones and there has been someone in the office during “office hours” maybe 2 of the 10 times I’ve tried to walk in.
Horrible complex. Roof leaks, office rarely picks up the phone after you become a resident, if you leave a voicemail they delete it and you receive a message saying "resolved" without ever contacting you. Most importantly, if you set up your security deposit, when it comes time for move out, they do not have it included towards your move out cost, they claim you do not have a deposit, despite having the signed documents stating that you have a security deposit, and providing that to them. Love how there is never anyone in the front office.
I lived here for a year gave this place a chance , not worth how much they charge on top of that they do false advertising for something that is huge and the whole reason why I moved in but not all apartments are no shared walls .., one bedrooms are shared walls but they won’t tell you that so I will :) and yes you can hear your neighbors and especially their animals if they bark or are whining .., not fun to hear at all 😐
