I would not recommend this condominium to either residents or investors. The ongoing construction noise is extremely loud and disruptive, significantly affecting quality of life. Property management is also very selective in responding to emails. Some inquiries receive responses, while others are completely ignored, making it difficult to resolve concerns or obtain basic information. The most frustrating aspect is the accounting department. Got my car towed 2 times even though I was parking on the property where I rent my apartment and half of the parking lots were flooded. Really strange to work against your own residence and call the towing company to take their cars instead of just talking to them
