Great service. Diligent staff. Wait time is not long. Highly recommend.
P.A. Avila is amazing but his front staff is a joke. They are extremely unprofessional, disorganized and lack customer service skills. When trying to address issues with them they are rude. I suggest if you have issues call Pamela Stroman to address your complaints and concerns with her office maybe then something will be done since that’s who the clinic works under. I always have trouble getting my medication refilled it’s almost like I have to beg them and call them everyday , definitely not recommended
Mr. Avila is a great professional (he is a P.A.) His staff are always very attentive and friendly. He is a great and friendly person who truly cares about his patients and he has excellent bedside manner. Like others have mentioned, he's not always there because of conferences, and that's unfortunate.
