P.A. Avila is amazing but his front staff is a joke. They are extremely unprofessional, disorganized and lack customer service skills. When trying to address issues with them they are rude. I suggest if you have issues call Pamela Stroman to address your complaints and concerns with her office maybe then something will be done since that’s who the clinic works under.
I am very pleased with the treatment, both personally and professionally, that I received from Dr. Avila, as well as the staff.
I went to the this clinic on a Friday around 3 pm and they said their doctor had some type of emergency conference. I said ok, can I come tomorrow, Saturday, they said no, he would be out of town. Ok, so I asked them when I could go back, they said Monday to give them a call before 4 pm so they can put me on the list and still be seen. So I call at 330 and ask them to put me on the list I live 15/20 min away. They tell me they can't see me today either cause they stopped taking patients already.
