I continue to be convinced that the place is nice to live. The problem of cockroaches in apartments exists if pest control is not done, which is also provided for by the condominium and without extra costs. Just keep the kitchen tidy and clean, pay attention to the food that ends up behind and under the refrigerator and kitchen, check for any leaks from the kitchen and bathroom pipes. These little animals love food scraps and humidity.

Es amplio, espacioso, tranquilo, a una cuadra de la playa, a 3 cuadras de Publix, todo cerca. Tiene piscina, área de parque.

Horrible Experience - Cockroach Infestation!! I stayed in apartment #302 for 10 days and I wish I never leased this place. On the first night, I saw a cockroach crawling on the kitchen floor. I thought it might be a one-time issue, but by the second night, I found more in the bathroom and near the bed and the couch. I found cockroaches in my food and even crawling on the walls at night.
