We just got back from a great long weekend in the Lighthouse Unit. We enjoyed morning coffee on the ocean-view deck, and walking out to lunch on Front Street. Thanks, Jan, for making our stay great.

What a great place to stay in Avila. Jan was a pleasure to work with and the condo was more than expected. Lots of space with a great view and easy walk to beach. We will stay here again.
I can't say enough great things about these rentals and the family that owns them. I have never had such a good experience renting. There is such a difference renting from owners vs a rental company. These units are both clean, comfortable, and well stocked. They are close to the beach and very quiet. We have stayed here 2 years in a row...and I see many more summers in these apt homes!! Jan is a dream to deal with....treats you like family. You will not be disappointed after staying in these!!
We recently spent almost two weeks at the Lighthouse unit. It was our third time there. I guess you can tell that we enjoy staying there very much. Can't wait for next year!
