Kristos and Caroline both did a great job showing the property; they were very communicative during the application process and helped me get the best unit for my budget and timeline! They were accommodating during my move-in and are always happy to help me as a current resident.
Kristos and Caroline made my home search seamless and straightforward. They were professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process, and consistently responsive to any questions or concerns. Even after I moved in, they have continued to check in and ensure that my experience here remains comfortable and peaceful. The community is beautiful, and the amenities are excellent.
I moved to Avila from NYC end of August and love this Property. It's spacious, well maintained and ALL the staff on the property are incredibly kind and thougntful. My experience at Avila Apartments has been nothing short of great ever since I moved in, especially because of Kristos. Kristos is always very welcoming and helpful, and definitely goes above and beyond to try to assist the community. Caroline is also very helpful, and both of them are working hard to assist the community, answer our questions, and try to my the stay a pleasurable experience.
