It’s been about a year since I moved to Avila, and I’m very happy with my decision. The leasing office team is professional and always helpful. I especially appreciate the leasing manager (I’m sorry I forgot her name). She has been genuinely receptive to my feedback about the community. I was impressed that she took my comments seriously and took real action to make improvements. That’s something I haven’t often experienced in other communities I’ve lived in. Avila Apartments are beyond my expectations ! I love living here, the environment is safe and neighbors are all welcoming ! Staff does an amazing job and go beyond of what is asked of them ! I would highly recommend living here !
I went recently to view the apartments, although the price was over my budge the staff and leasing agent were extremely helpful and kind. The apartments were beautiful as well.
