It’s been about a year since I moved to Avila, and I’m very happy with my decision. The leasing office team is professional and always helpful. I especially appreciate the leasing manager (I’m sorry I forgot her name). She has been genuinely receptive to my feedback about the community. Avila Apartments are beyond my expectations ! I love living here, the environment is safe and neighbors are all welcoming ! Staff does an amazing job and go beyond of what is asked of them ! I would highly recommend living here !
I went recently to view the apartments, although the price was over my budge the staff and leasing agent were extremely helpful and kind. The apartments were beautiful as well.
Decent apartment in terms of maintenance, location, and amenities. We've lived here multiple years and those aspects have been great for us, the leasing office people are super friendly and maintenance are quick, friendly, and efficient. Now the bad parts: fire alarms always going off, to the point where people don't even evacuate anymore because they think it's a false alarm (this is very dangerous as there was an actual incident one time and a lot of people didn't evacuate at all.
