Avila Apartments are the best apartments! I had a chance to speak with Napoleon and he was very welcoming and hospitable, it’s always a good sign when they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I Just moved in 2 weeks ago and everyone seems so nice! I also had the chance of running into Joel & Daniel, they are the maintenance & service technicians in the building but they’re more than that! when they see you they make sure to stop everything they are doing and greet you, that’s the type of environment that makes a differen... read more
I have been living at Avila Pasadena since July 2024. Recently, I had three minor maintenance requests, and Joel repaired everything perfectly in a single visit. He was kind, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. His friendly and sincere demeanor made the experience even better. I truly appreciate all of his help.
A beautiful and clean community. Office staff is always very helpful and responsive with resident needs. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and staff is always kind, responsive, and respectful. Amenities are always kept clean and accessible which is a big plus. Overall a wonderful and enjoyable place to live, not to mention the convenience of the location to Old/Downtown Pasadena!
My experience @Avila apartments was great. Very clean and modern. Moving was very smooth all questions were clear and informative. Leasing staff was pleasant, welcoming and felt home.
