Avila has been my home for several wonderful months. Amenities and apartments are high quality and I have not encountered any issues. One of the reasons is Kristos Antionne, who is the assistant community manager at Avila, and who will go an extra step to make sure that you have everything you need. I really appreciate his professional behavior, quick responses to all my queries, and ability to find solution to any problem.
I have had a great time at Avila apartments so far. Kristos Antionne has been my primary point of contact since day one and has continued to make my experience here wonderful. He was so warm hearted in my initial interactions viewing potential apartments. I am a single mom with an infant son so I appreciated the reassurance and kindness. I love living at Avila. Antionne the assistant listens and responds if and when I have a concern or need. Antionne is approachable and very kind which makes me feel comfortable going into the office knowing he will resolve any questions I may have or concerns. I enjoy my place and lifestyle at Avila. The property is clean, my family and I are enjoying all the amenities. Kristos is always helpful whenever I have questions. He's quick to respond and always friendly.
During the process of me moving here, Kristos Antione was hired as the new leasing agent and he was not only really professional but he was always prepared to help me or answer any questions I had!! He’s quick to respond and has great energy! Any time I’ve had a concern or question he’s the first person I go to about it and each time whatever it is I needed has been addressed with care!!
