I've had a wonderful experience living at Avila Apartments. Community Manager Mandy and Kristos have been incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring from day one. We have been living here for 4 years and have really enjoyed it. We love all the amenities. The management team Mandy and Kristos are both outstanding and helpful. The maintenace team Rick mgr. and the rest of the crew do an amazing job as well.
I love Avila! Kristos is an amazing property manager and an incredibly kind person. He went above and beyond to help me with everything and made the entire experience so much easier and stress-free. The property is wonderful, well-maintained, and exactly as described and I feel its because of Kristos. I truly appreciated his kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to assist whenever I needed.
