I hired Avigna to install quartz countertops in my newly remodeled kitchen, and it turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The salesman told us we’d need two slabs: one for the back wall and backsplash, and a second for the large island. The scheduling process was a disaster. It took forever just to get the measurement guy out, and when he finally came, he used only a tape measure (no laser tools like other companies). Unsurprisingly, he mismeasured. I wish I could rate them a zero or lower. I contracted with them for a kitchen island with an overhang for seating and an expensive piece of quartzite. The salesman never communicated this to the template maker even though it said an overhang in our contract. Instead we got a kitchen island with the expensive quartzite going from edge to edge. We can not sit at the island. We sued Ivigna in small claims court and won. We were awarded $8,000 to replace the island quartzite so we could have an island to sit out. Ivigna refuses... read more

I had a kitchen makeover done. I checked prices and met with reps and my decision was a no brainer. I chose JW with Avigna here in Jacksonville. The price was great and the customer service was even better. JW bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. The outcome is absolutely beautiful and I am so proud! They made my 80 year old kitchen look brand new! Thanks Avigna! You guys are top notch!
