Avida Newcastle give the very best after sale service. Receptionist and parts staff, Reva, are cheerful and so helpful. They got the part for my Sunliner for me even though I didn't purchase my Sunliner through them. Buy an Avida RV. (Don't buy from Sunliner. They are totally uncontactable and definitely don't want to know about you after the sale.)
We had an amazing experience from Avida Newcastle. We ordered an Avida Esperance in September and picked it up today. The minute we walked in in September, right through until today when we picked up the MH, we have had the best customer service. Jeff was great to deal with and went through all the different Motor homes with us. They never pushed any accessories on to us, just explained them all and gave us the real pros and cons to them all. Chris, Paul and the staff were excellent to deal with and sold our van on consignment for us in under two weeks. We recommend them to anyone looking for a motorhome, new or used.
Purchased a Birdsville motorhome in 2020. Never let us down throughout our travels. Had it serviced regularly at Avida Newcastle. Nothing was ever too much trouble and minor issues were always attended to in a courteous and timely manner. Unfortunately had to sell due to health issues. Australian Motor Homes handled all of the red tape throughout the sale process
Placed an order for a new motorhome over the phone. Very nice salesperson who knew her stuff so placed an order with just over 12 months for delivery and paid the deposit. Some 3 months on my personal circumstances changed, not for the better. Now be aware your deposit is not refundable on your contact for a cancelled order. After two weeks of emails, I got to talk to the owner of this dealership and on understanding my problem, took heart and refunded my deposit. "5 stars I say" and thanks again.
