Only reason I give them one star is because you have to give something. My friend and I ordered stuff and we’ll over a month goes by and nothing. Would not recommend this company.
Excellent, communicative customer service from start to finish. They were patient with our group as we put together our order, sent pictures of what the embroidery would look like, and gave clear instructions every step of the way. Special thanks to Ricky and Doris. Our group order was well taken care of thanks to them!
Avida Healthwear Inc., offers a lot of nursing scrubs, medical scrubs, lab coats etc. They offer brands like Mobb, Dickies, etc, but also their Avida brand as well. Buying their Avida scrubs is cheap because it costs like $15 each for a top and bottom, which I would say is a very decent price. The scrub quality I wouldn't say its top tier, but its good to wear during nursing school, especially if you are working as an extern. This was a terrible shopping experience in 2020. I ordered the products in January, but they were not shipped. I recommended other people to buy the exact same thing here, and even though they placed orders later than me, their orders were delivered. WORST COMPANY EVER! 1 star is generous! Don’t waste your time. I ordered $117.00 worth of scrubs, placed the order April 2 it is now April 25 and I haven’t received my order so I emailed them. I received an email back saying that my order HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET! It has been 23 days and they haven’t even shipped my order that’s absolutely ridiculous not to mention no one followed up with me.
