Stayed here last night after a wedding and I have to say this is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Very quiet I highly recommend.
It seems rather ridiculous that IHG and whatever building management company owns this property continues to let the front desk staff trust their customers like garbage. Especially when someone is so... identifiable. The GSR with one arm is incredibly rude to all guests and demands things out of them that should have been long ago discussed judging by these reviews. We had a horrible stay this go around and will not be returning. Do better.
Thus was an overnight stay. The staff was pleasant, the room extremely clean. Very minimalistic in decor. No closet, but hooks and a few hangers to hang some clothes. An ironing board and iron were discretely stored in the room. Great for a 1 or 2 day stay. Breakfast offering was nit vast but the food was quite good and area was clean.
