Be careful when booking here. When it says prepay online for a discount it doesn’t actually mean prepay. Then when you get to the hotel they add all these extra fees when it was supposed to be prepay. When I addressed this I was met with disrespect from the man at the front desk along with the manager. They refused to give me my room and made me leave after I had driven 4 hours. I don’t recommend and would give it a no star if I could.

Janet, the old woman at the front desk, was unbelievably rude during check-in. Everything else about the hotel is great… but her attitude was just abysmal. I’ve never been talked to and treated so rudely at an IHG hotel in my life. I would be very happy to discuss the details with a manager.

They don't air condition the halls, so you'll break a sweat just walking to your room. No microwaves, no coffee makers, no ice buckets in the rooms. Breakfast should start at 6, & it does- if you only want cereal or toast. But the eggs, meat & potatoes don't come out until 6:30. As for the luggage caddies- they suck, too. Little triangular shapes. If there's more than 2 in your party & you're not traveling light, be ready to make several trips to your room.
