Same issues with early check in status and same issues with overnight male clerk. We drove from Chicago 819 miles upon arrival with no other stay options as we already had a reservation with this hotel the clerk told us we would not be allowed to kill time in their parking lot and that security would run us off. I won't accept any we can not accommodate your early check in due to unavailability as only 5 cars were in their parking lot so that simply will not fly. The hotel is good or so so, it’s clean alright, but no microwave in the room, I had to go down all the way to the first floor to heat up my food. Secondly, there’s no closet to hang the clothes, the room has hangers on the wall where I have to hang all my uniforms , no drawers either ! no coffee pot in the room , you have to go as well to the first floor to get coffee. AC in the room didn’t work. When reporting it, we were told that the fan should stay on for “ventilation”. The next day, reported it again and were told that the thermostat does not work in that room and had to unplug it. Third day, was too hot to sleep, reported it for the 3rd time and then they offered us a different room at 11PM. So now I have to wake up the kids to go to the 3rd floor bc someone was lazy to do his job the first day.
