Room was good but service was horrible
Good hotel, good for travelers. Has a dedicated shuttle for the airport. Doesn’t have on site washer and dryer for guest but there is a laundromat 6 min away. The soap dispenser in the lobby men’s bathroom is empty/broken and the outside trash cans are overflowing.
My go to place when I come to okc
Rooms are comfortable just the breakfast was where I was disappointed. The food side was ok. I get it your not putting out an extra large speed. The coffee from the machine that grinds it was watered down very week, the Juice Machine didn't have any juice. The One labled Orange Juice was supposed to be pineapple mango but it had a color but no flavor. The other 3 didn't have anything it was water.
This IHG hotel brand was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to OKC. Rooms where super clean, comfy beds, gym, and breakfast spot. Rooms had mini fridge and a microwave in the lobby. Staff was friendly and attentive. Never had a wait and always available for assistance.
