There was an incident involving the service provided at the hotel. Initially, my service animal was nearly denied accommodation. For being an airport hotel the service is abysmal. Before I even get into the room, let’s talk about what has happened since I left. I mistakenly left a few items in the room, I do know this is my fault and my responsibility, however, they are not only a hotel but an airport hotel therefore this must happen often. I reserved a standard room but there were no Standard rooms available when I arrived so I was put in a King room at an increased price. The room is good though. Clean room, clean bathroom, and the bed is comfy.
