Convenience and price
Surprising good for the price. The staff, notably Eli, were very friendly. The room I was in was clean and modern. The breakfast, which runs pretty late, is limited in options but was by no means bad (plus it had single-serve coffee machines).
Pros: Good location, quiet, nice neighborhood, pool was nice temp, clean, black out curtains, nice tv, comfy beds and breakfast was good. Cons: No microwave in room. Rooms are on the smaller side No dresser just 2 benches and hooks for your stuff. Hot tub wasnt hot enough. Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks due to my husband and his coworkers working, it was one of the better hotels in the area.
I'm all about IHG. I usually stay primarily at Holiday Inn Express', however, Avid started becoming conveniently placed for me and now I simply look for them. I love the simplicity, color scheme, and grab and go breakfast. They have everything I need for a short stay. They are also very affordable and quiet.
