Location was 9 minutes from Sight and Sound Theater, which is why we drove 9 hours to get here. Hotel was clean, and any employee we had contact with were friendly and efficient ( especially Dede who checked us in, and Caleb who put wit my questions and requests.) Provided breakfast included hot (eggs and sausage) and cold (cereal, fruit, yogurt, breads, bagels). Many Amish shops are nearby, and any type of restaurant you can think of are also minutes away. We were visiting Lancaster to spend time at Dutch Wonderland with our extended family. This hotel was perfect. It was close to Dutch Wonderland and also close to Oregon Farms where we had dinner and enjoyed the playground and farm animals. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Blackout curtains were perfect. Caleb is a wonderful friendly young man! He is very friendly, helpful and professional! This is great value for the price clean room and comfy bed! Would stay here again and would recommend to stay!
The staff was extremely accommodating and quick to respond when we needed special assistance for my MIL. Common areas were clean. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.
