Caleb was great at check in. Everyone was very friendly during our stay. Great central location at a great price!
Very nice hotel. Thank you Tanedia for being so sweet and personable to me and my family and BTW the breakfast was and is awesome!
Came in very last minute due to a bad encounter with another hotel. They got me and my family a room and we enjoyed everything about the stay, breakfast was a real spotlight and to top it off the little lady in the breakfast area was so sweet, cheerful, helpful, and courteous(thank you I wish I remembered her name) EVERYONE was right on top of everything and VERY pleasant even with the large volume of people, I never once detected frustration even though I'm sure it's a lot to deal with. Highly recommend!!
This was a wonderful place to stay. Rooms were relatively clean and smelled fresh. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was great and kept in stock. We had to come here last minute as the hotel we had booked next to them was terrible. If we come back to Lancaster, this will be the first hotel we think of.
