As per usual, The Avid Hotel (Warren, Mi) did not dissapoint! My stay was extremely comfortable. My room (101) was exceptionally clean, the 24 hour coffee station is awesome and the staff is stellar! It was great to see front desk agent; Brandon again. He provided, kind, professional and efficient service throughout my stay...obliging my various requests (including holding my luggage, charging items to my room etc). It was very much appreciated!!! This was an awesome stay! The customer service was A1. The rooms were great. The breakfast was complimentary! This place was very clean. I was very impressed! The beds were very comfortable! I will definitely be back!

Everything about out stay was nice. No complaints. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. The location was perfect. Would stay again.

Being here for work the client arranged the room. Since I wasn’t the one who paid for the room for the week it took over 30 minutes to get my room after the desk clerk called the client and his manager on how to get me checked in properly. However the clerk was very polite and apologetic to the delay.
