I have debated all weekend if I wanted to write this, however, after much thought, I believe I need to. We booked a room here several nights prior to our drive from Atlanta. However, when we arrived were informed our reservation had been cancelled and they had tried calling me/left a voicemail advising of the same. 셔틀이 없습니다. 구글맵기준, 셔틀이있다고 안내되고 작년기준 리뷰에도 있다는말이 많지만 25년 8월 기준 없습니다!!! 따라서 렌트카가 없다면 다른호텔로 가세요. 게다가, 디파짓금액을 승인취소가 아니라 미매입처리를 하는지 2주째 취소가 되지않고 묶여있습니다. 시카고 다운타운 호텔들은 바로바로 승인취소가 되어왔는데 이 호텔만 이러는군요. 결론* 시설은 좋으나 셔틀이 없고 디파짓이 바로 취소되지않음 다음엔 이용하지 않을예정임.

Run from this hotel. They practice false bookings. We booked for a room in June late at night as we had to travel from Georgia and got there pretty late. They allowed us to book a room on the site, but changed the dates after paying since we booked late. We didn't need the hotel the next day, we needed it that night. It has been a hassle with them every since.
