Rooms need updating. Pool area was dirty. Breakfast was okay.
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rest was lacking. The housekeepers are too loud and yap too much while cleaning. I can hear them in my room gossiping. There was stomping noise from the room above and also adjacent rooms. Not good soundproofing design and disturbs sleep. The bathroom does not seem to have a working air extractor. Very spacious room. Was in town to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Easy access to get to blue line to travel downtown.
