Upon arrival, I was greeted with outstanding customer service and a warm welcome. The lobby was well-appointed with plenty of seating, and outdoor seating was also an option. As a valued IHG club member, I was pleased to receive a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel's location was ideal, with nearby restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, and other attractions. Overall, the hotel provided a good experience at an affordable price, and I would stay here again.
