This is a great place. You can go at your own pace, coaches are great and the people working out there are great. I am very happy that I decided to walk in and check it out.

I have been a member here at Avid for a month and am so impressed by the workouts that Braden creates! I was also very impressed by the beautiful facilities which include a sauna and cold plunge tub which I use every visit. Braden is an exceptional coach whose positive energy and enthusiasm shines during each workout. I am always greeted with a huge smile and high five’s throughout each workout.
