Avid Functional Fitness has been a game-changer for me! The daily workouts are always different, keeping things fun and exciting while helping me get in great shape. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly, always pushing me to do my best. The community here is amazing—everyone is so encouraging, making it a great place to train. If you’re looking for a gym that keeps things fresh and motivating, Avid is the place to be!
Joining AVID has been an excellent step in regaining my health. I have more energy with my kids, I generally feel better, and my clothes are fitting better! Brayden is amazing in keeping me motivated. I really appreciate his coaching and the intensity of each workout. This put it off for far too long and I’m glad I’ve established new healthy routines and a new workout family at AVID!
AVID crossfit is AWESOME! I'm new to crossfit and was a bit nervous. Braden, coaches, and fellow athletes have welcomed me with open arms! The coaches are professional and extremely knowledgeable. If you've been thinking about joining crossfit, I HIGHLY suggest AVID!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!! It's a beautiful facility with high quality equipment. And the folks I have met so far have been amazing. Such a great "community " feel. If I could, I would give AVID 10 stars!
Avid Crossfit rocks! I started at Avid in early September '24 and was referred to the owners/trainer Braden and Meghan from a neighboring town gym we moved from in North Idaho this summer and it has been a great transition!
