I wish I had started this program sooner. Everyone is really nice. No one judges you or your fitness level/ability. The coaches answer questions and explain things clearly. Not just what to do but how to do it properly and get the most out of your workout. I'm seeing changes already after just 1 month. Try it!
I absolutely love this GYM! Braden and his team are so good at helping people Have more mobility gain strength and lose weight. If you’re somebody looking to Approve at any level anyway this is the place to go!!
I am one month in and loving it. The classes are well run with an emphasis on instruction and good movement. The coaches and members are super friendly and encouraging which makes for a great community! I love the programming which covers all the bases; cardio, strength, mobility. You can focus on whatever your goals may be within the normal class structure.
AVID Functional Fitness is awesome! The owner is an expert. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The community around this gym is excellent as well. They always are doing hiking, camping, and cold plunges in the lake frequently. Highly recommend checking it out.
I cannot say enough great things about Avid Functional Fitness. Joining the 5 a.m. group has genuinely started to change my life. The energy, support, and accountability at that hour are unmatched, and it has become something I actually look forward to every day. The coaches are exceptional.
