Trying to get motor home windshield replaced. They say they ordered it ? Can’t get a response about tracking or delivery. Good luck getting quality customer service from these people
I had Nationwide replace my windshield about 5 yrs ago. It cracked top to bottom pulling out of the driveway and had to be redone. Now I am trying to get an appt for an estimate on 2 pieces of side glass. I called the person I was directed to. His voice mail says” If my voice mail is full send me a text”. Not a good way to start. Well I did that - a call and a text 3 times starting a week ago. NOTHING. Time to move on. If you decide to use this crew I wish you the best of luck.
I have been waiting since September for them to replace a windshield. I have kept in touch with them even though they would ignore me, I would send emails and text messages to get an appointment. They finally called me after 4 months to tell me that they would set an appointment for me 2 hours away from my home. At first I was told I could bring it to a place within 30 min. from me. I would never suggest using them. The people that work for them either ignore you or keep putting you off.
Buyer beware! This comapny installed both sides of RV glass. On our first trip out, there was a loud popping noise and the glass started to crack from the bottom up. Nothing hit the glass and the crack can only be felt from the inside. we have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls (all documented), and even contacted the BBB. BBB could not get a response and they suggested we sue in small claims court which is the next step. Save yourself the hassle and use a different company!
I will keep this short and to the point. Under no conditions should you do business with this company. Simply put, they are liars. FYI, they are also know as Nationwide RV Glass.
