The male manager who answers calls at this clinic has demonstrated unprofessional behavior. In July, my elderly mother had a virtual appointment while assisting my father, who requires care. Unfortunately, she was unable to access the virtual portal. We called the clinic to explain the issue, but no one offered assistance, and we were simply told we would need to rebook. Only phone contact - hard to hear
I did not encounter any issue or complaint the first time I went to their office. Dr. N. Afzal was so nice, kind, soft spoken, and caring. I did not even sit long at the Reception Area because she called me in no time to go inside her office. Her MOAs are also cheerful, amazing, helpful and accommodating every time I talk to them either in person or by phone.
