My daughter has been struggling with seizures, anxiety and mild depression for years and has been to neurologists, BC Children’s and spoken to numerous doctors and paediatricians. She was referred to Avicenna and we spoke to a psychiatrist (Dr. Singh) who finally was able to put all the pieces together with what she had been experiencing and provided some great treatment options. Being bounced around rehashing feelings was hard on her and it was nice to feel heard and provided with viable options.
Was referred by GP. Had an online appt in November 2024. Myself and my GP have called and emailed clinic countless times for the official diagnosis and report from the appt. STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REPORT OR ANY REPLY YET! Horrible patient support and service. Would never go back!
They could not even be bothered to call me back, despite my telling them I was struggling. struggling. Please don’t waste your time with a company that clearly cares very little. I wish I was able to give them zero stars.
Very poor management of the issue we needed advice from the councilor
It was great, I took my mum and dad there. Really good advise and prescription for them.👍
