Had a long airport layover at BNA, so I walked across the street to the Hilton to have lunch at Aviators. Located in the lobby, It’s really beautiful and spacious. I was greeted by Ivy who seated me where there was a plug for my laptop. I ordered the soup, the blackened salmon with a side of fries as I was planning on being there a few hour. OMG just had breakfast here. Paris was absolutely amazing! Thank you for such 10 star service. I love her and I will probably see her in the morning for breakfast again.
Although this is a convenient option for hotel guests, I'm disappointed with our recent experience. Despite it being one of maybe six tables in the whole restaurant for brunch, it took over 30 minutes for our order to arrive after our server inputted it. I don't understand why it took so long for 3 egg-based meals to be prepared and expo-ed. If I were in a rush to get to my gate, that is unacceptable. Otherwise, we liked the hearty breakfast sandwiches and western omelets.
