I was told to wait 5 days for my refund to process and that I would receive an email confirmation. It has been 3 weeks, and have yet to received an email. Called twice in the past 3 weeks and I got told the same thing that it's being processed and I will receive an email.
Excellent attention and service, very complete
I got what I ordered in a reasonable time frame but there was an add for free shipping. I saw it just after I placed my order which charged 23 for a small cover plate that I was in no rush to get. I contacted the company via text.right away to take advantage of the free shipping and was told the order was held and they would call. Multiple texts later no response. obviously the part was shipped and no honoring of the free shipping to date.
