I ordered and picked parts in person. I dropped off the core and was told I’d receive a refund within 3-5 business days. The core refund was never received. I did not need all the parts I picked up so I returned what I didn’t need. I was then told there is a 20% restock fee which is not advertised in advance or on the website but I agreed to pay it. They then told me a week later they would not refund me for the part as it appeared installed and I would need to come back and get the part. I reminded them that the part which ... read more
