Ordered P-51 earrings for my fiance in August. After a few weeks I spoke to Mr.Witt about them. Time and time again the earrings were "finished and about to go out." By the end of December I had lost my patience and was tired of excuses and the lies. I filed with Paypal and afterwards did receive a refund. Get your aviation jewelry elsewhere. You will not get anything here! If I could give no stars I would.
Ordered a ring for Christmas last year followed by over 8 months of excuses and promises to ship in a couple days. Even with continual follow up, there is no ring, no refund, no resolution. Of note, we have had a similar experience as other reviews found on Google and BBB. The 5 star review here was made by a business affiliate.
Warning! Terrible business. DO NOT ORDER from online. I ordered a MC130J pendent for $240 on Nov 18. Today is Dec 28 and after multiple phones calls and emails the jeweler John Witt evades with excuses on the status of my order. It's constantly it will be in the mail today or tomorrow. Don't waste your time or your money.
