Only put one star because NO STARS wasn’t an option. I would NEVER recommend anyone put place your loved one here. This is DEATHCARE!!!!!! My grandmother is currently in ccu with a gaping whole in her back, sepsis, pneumonia and more & the only reason she is at the hospital is because I came I saw I demanded. It maybe too late for my love one but not yours RUUUUUUUUUUN!!!
The dedicated team at Sand key provides great service and help for seniors especially with care once discharged. The follow up and support has been outstanding .
This company is dedicated to good customer service and patient care.
I would confidently recommend this company because of the care they provide and how they truly care about the patient care they provide :)
⚠️BEWARE ⚠️ Under no circumstances would I EVER recommend this place to anyone. Please if you truly care about your loved ones stay away from this place. The administrator was friendly and welcoming and promised all these wonderful things about this place but nothing about this place is wonderful. I’m sure some staff are kind people but the nurses I have encountered have been rude and distasteful. They seem like they hate their jobs and have no respect for families or their patients.
