One of the worst apartment complex. I would not recommend anyone to lease this place at all.
I did not have a great experience living at Aviana Apartments. The management was unresponsive and often impolite, ignoring repeated complaints about nonstop construction, power outages about every other week that often lasted through the night, and parking that was always a nightmare. Cars were constantly covered in dust from the construction, but they wouldn’t do anything about it. Remodeled apartments. 80's resort vibe in courtyard with pool and indoor sauna. Small gym, clubhouse with pool table and game tables. Large rooms, some with balcony, good kitchen and plenty of storage space. In-house manager is efficient and helpful (new since Jan 2025).
