I loved the apartment itself! No structural or functional problems, it was the manager that made it a bad experience at the end. Very bad communication. Expected so much more. Felt like she was being v condescending at times, even though we were perfect tenants, paying all the bills on time if not earlier. Security deposit check took way longer than the legal limit time and it was such a grey area experience that we couldnt even take any legal action. Terrible management and scam. They forfeited the deposit in the name of cleaning fees. You simply do not get your money back even though the apartment is cleaned prior to leaving. I lost my keys once and they charged me $150 for it. There are plenty of apartments along California street, please choose somewhere else!
Terrible management. I had a serious issue preventing my apartment from being livable. The management was unreachable to fix the problem. I tried to give them notice. They were unavailable to receive it. Then they wanted me to pay for 3 months rent after I had left. Just the worst.
Worst management I have ever dealt with. Regular power/water outages.
