I have been a client of Dr. Eckerman-Ross for a couple of years now, and have spent many hours and thousands of dollars bringing my five pet doves in for physicals, beak and nail trims, imaging, medication prescriptions, boarding, etc. And I think she is a competent veterinary medicine doctor, and I thought we had a good doctor-client rapport.
