Just trying to protect the next potential buyer! Multiple emails, multiple calls and literally nothing. Finally got through to some Australian guy who pretty much said he can’t help and doesn’t know about their products. (I was trying to ask a few questions before buying online.) Im not sure if Aviaid got bought by someone else but their customer support is an absolute joke now. Used to be able to call and Stephanie or John would usually answer the phone and they would be on top of things. The would get orders out, answer questions, whatever was needed. Now you call, no one answers. You can leave a voicemail but don’t expect any timely call back. Sometimes 3-4 days, sometimes a week. I called to get some advice on my pressure regulator adjuster screw that keeps leaking. This was on a Tuesday, I left ... read more
