Im not sure if Aviaid got bought by someone else but their customer support is an absolute joke now. Used to be able to call and Stephanie or John would usually answer the phone and they would be on top of things. The would get orders out, answer questions, whatever was needed. Now you call, no one answers. You can leave a voicemail but don’t expect any timely call back. Sometimes 3-4 days, sometimes a week.
