I can't speak highly enough about Avia Performance. The coaching and allied health are professional and caring. I would recommend Avia to anyone searching for high quality coaching and treatment services.
As a cleaning contractor, we have recently serviced this gym. It is in a greatly hygienic condition and all staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
Luke is awesome, and I wholeheartedly recommend him, as well as all other aspects of Avia Performance. His Myotherapy treatment for my injury really helped in my recovery, enabling me to regain mobility and feel less pain.
