The staff is very helpful when I have a problem and are quick to respond. I had the maintenance men come today and they were very quick and nice. Thank you Tyler! UPDATE: 5 months later, I just now had a separate maintenance issue. It was an emergency request after hours. I called into the Avia emergency line to report the issue, and 3 minutes later Dillion texts me he is on his way to help. I lived at West 6th before moving to this apartment and coming from what’s supposed to be “ Luxury living”, Avia McCormick Ranch’s management has completely surpassed my expectations - they put West 6th to shame. With it being an older development, it’s fully expected that things are gonna break down and maintenance may need to be called from time to time.
