This was my first apartment, and my experience has been nothing but frustrating. From the start, there were issues like not receiving all keys, incorrect parking assignments, and a broken fridge that made constant buzzing noise. I’ve had pest problems since moving in, and I’ve had to call maintenance so many times that I’ve just given up. For the price I’m paying, the living conditions are disappointing. I lived here 2.5 years. The location itself is wonderful, but that's about the only good thing I have to say. The units are very outdated for what you pay. As well as with every month there are an abundance of fees that seem random. These include pest control fees and common area fees? It's worth noting that I never saw pest control there. I had lived here for a couple years before moving out. This apartment complex is super dated for the amount that they charge you to live here. You will receive a “renovated” unit with paint overspray, no ceiling fans, no microwave, small stackable washer & dryer and popcorn ceilings. On top of your monthly rent you will also be hit with a monthly $28 valet trash fee, $15 carport fee, and $15 amenities fee plus utilities. If you are considering moving here, reconsider. Their prices are “affordable” compared to surrounding properties for a reason. We lived in an outdated unit for 2 years dealing with a multitude of maintenance issues. Each issue was met with a bandaid until multiple maintenance requests about the same issues.
