I've been living in the Avia McCormick Ranch for about 5 years now and have had 3 units here. First I want to start off saying how great the new management team: Misha, Autumn, and Tina. They all have been fantastic to work with and have made my moves between apartments flawless and easy. The communication with all 3 of them has been effortless. I lived at Avia for 3 years and had a great experience. Beautiful location, property and front office. Specifically, the property manager, Mikhial (Misha), made our stay as easy as possible. Promptly allowing for maintenance requests to be fulfilled and taken care of ASAP. I have already recommended friends to choose Avia as their home and would continue to do so, wonderful spot!
Great place to live! Had a great experience with Misha, he was very helpful and had an answer to all my questions.
I'm only giving this place 5 stars because of Misha! He is great! Highly recommend going to him for any concerns.
