1-Star because we have a home. 2-Star because we live in it. Our experience with Avia Homes was stressful, frustrating, and dragged out far longer than promised. Communication was poor, promises were broken, and build quality was far from what’s advertised. We started the build interstate, nervous but reassured by the sales rep to “trust the process”.
