Myself and my missus stumbled across Avia homes on our journey to become first home owners. While other companies had no interest in helping us get into the market, Tamica from Avia homes was a huge help. She answered all the questions we had and also recommended a great mortgage broker and solicitor. After some discussions we decided to go ahead with a house and land package and recently took settlement of the land. Whilst the build has not yet started we have nothing but positive feedback for Tamica and Avia homes
As a real estate agent myself, I set a very high bar when it comes to build quality and timelines—and AVIA Homes truly exceeded every expectation. They delivered our new home in under 5 months with flawless execution. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and top-notch quality throughout the build are second to none. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I am so proud to have chosen AVIA Homes and cannot recommend them highly enough!
"We had an amazing experience working with AVIA Homes to build our new home, completed early this month. From the start, their team communicated clearly and kept us updated on every step. The build quality is fantastic, and they finished right on schedule. We felt supported the entire time and love our new house. Highly recommend them to anyone building a new home!"
