A/C in gym doesn’t work at all for the last 2 months. Always 85-90 degrees. No cold air in gym and yoga room. This is dangerous for your health. Management doesn’t care. Future residents, be aware. Also, lots of fake reviews.
Lived her for about a year in 2021, one of the worse renting experiences. The building is cheaply made - the drawers and cupboards are basically made of plywood, my packages constantly got stolen, and the leasing office would only ever do the bare minimum to help me out. It took me months of emailing some New York company to even get my deposit back. Even then, I only got about half of my $700 deposit back with no explanation as to why (no itemized list or anything).
