I do not recommend buying a home with avi urban. We bought a home in 2019 with Avi urban and since then there has always been wood constantly creaking all our bedrooms, humidity meters not working properly, paint on our window frames cracking, installing broken appliances and they do not care or respond to our problems whatsoever.
Seems like if you have an issue with the property. Once warranty is over. They don’t give any regard whatsoever your issue is.
A friend who lives in a new Avi condo got a complaint about running her bath tub too late. What the heck do you guys use for sound insulation? That's soooo crazy
