Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. We “old people” shy away from this type of modern technology but he made it simple and got our house all set for us dummies to manage the doors, lights and security of our new home. We highly recommend Kevin and AVI.

At best AVI Systems is lacking in customer service skills (rude, aggressive and defensive about their poor communication). I just went to pick up a speaker from them that broke (it’s for a local business, and was under warranty, but initially they tried to tell us it wasn’t and upsell us on another product). Kevin was awesome!!! he came and helped us install our brilliant wall panel and link all our other smart devices to it (Ring, Garage door, exterior lights, thermostat) We definitely couldn’t have figured it all out with out him and he definitely knew what he was doing! Very efficient and courteous!
