We had an extremely wonderful experience with AVI and especially our tech Kevin. They were on time, communicative, and had great follow up. Kevin worked quickly and effortlessly, even in the heat of the day, ensuring our cameras were installed exactly how we anted them. He even got creative with a solution when the pre installed wires by the construction company didn’t line up with our vision. Highly recommend this team!

Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. We “old people” shy away from this type of modern technology but he made it simple and got our house all set for us dummies to manage the doors, lights and security of our new home. We highly recommend Kevin and AVI.
At best AVI Systems is lacking in customer service skills (rude, aggressive and defensive about their poor communication). I just went to pick up a speaker from them that broke (it’s for a local business, and was under warranty, but initially they tried to tell us it wasn’t and upsell us on another product).
