Worst vending service you can get. No accountability. Doesn't care about the state of their equipment. Customer reps always make you feel like you're a POS for calling them to complain. They maintain a $0.10 surcharge for using a card, then requires exact change for purchases. I've had a machine in my floor for 6 months with a blown out glass window. They removed their product and left the machine. You can find better, do not give this Ohio company anymore money.

They are a horrible company. They keep under performing employees over the ones that are actual assets to the company. They are solely concerned about the profit that goes in their (COO and CEO/Owner) pockets. They give absolutely nothing back to their employees; no holiday parties, no Christmas card, no incentives, oh...but for Thanksgiving they give you $20 that works at only select stores 🤦‍♀️ They keep management around that have multiple complaints against them for creating an unworkable-work environment. I lost $9.25 in vending machines at Parnall Facility. Called AVI and was told to send card back with a note and self addressed envelope and they would credit and return the card. After 6 weeks and 3 phone calls…nothing! What a scam!! And now I don’t have my card and can’t make purchases when I visit.
