Just called them to get a quote on a quick job, monitor/keyboard three day rental. Gentleman who picked up the phone didn't know the phone system and ended up hanging up on me. Gave them another try - again, he didn't know how to transfer so tried to give me another phone number to call. I relayed my frustration and he hung up on me. Never got past the front desk of this company. NEXT!!!
same as the review below me where if they do not understand they hang up on you. Clearly this company does not like business. How rude to just hang up on someone and then when they call right back you don't answer.
