I live in a small town, so services are hard to come by. Have a problem with amp. Called these guys, asked about it, Jerry said "Hey cut to the chase..." So I quick told them. He said it would be a service call, with four hours travel time. I offered to pay by credit card if I could fully explain my issue and troubleshoot over the phone. He said no. Great crew with a ton of experience. Setup a state of the art whole home audio, video, and computer integrated lighting system in my condo which is second to none! Easy to use and has infinite potential!
Good stuff but expensive.
