My husband is under care for macular degeneration. We love Dr Brown who if kind, patient and thorough, as are all the technicians. My main complaint is the wait time. We were in the office for almost two and a half hours the other day. We’ve waited this long before and we always wait over an hour to be seen. My husband has dementia , so this is challenging. The four stars are from Dr. Brown and her staff. I’d give her five. The less than perfect score is for the wait time

I needed surgery to remove cataracts. Truthfully, the thought of having the procedure terrified me. Prior to the surgeries my daily activities had become restricted and stressful. I avoided driving in the rain and at night. Visiting family members was curtailed. Taking my dogs for a walk in low light was out of the question. The list goes on. Prompt admittance, friendly staff. I’m so confident with Dr. Brown’s credentials and her ability to transmit exactly what’s going on w my eyes. Her support team offers supportive, quick, and friendly ambience to the experience.
