Don't bother applying at this company unless you are in a position to literally live on your phone. Then you BETTER be available the next day for a phone interview. If you aren't available forget about your application going forward. They most likely had hired another candidate anyway.
Why bother? I would give the Customer Service Supervisor a negative 5 if I could.
