If you live on a rural road then service is sporadic, at best. When they show up service is fine. I’ve used Avey for 10 years and am tired of calling relentlessly in order have orur trash picked. Definitely changing to a new provider. I wouldn’t recommend Avey unless you are OK with waiting for three weeks to pick up.
