Good communication with Gi. Report done very quickly without any significant findings. I bought the property and after living in it for a week discovered a few obvious structural issues that were patched by a previous owner. Gi did not report this issue and I also did not notice. I would stay away from the property that I bought and from Gi if I could.

We engaged Gi Hoon two years ago to inspect a townhouse we were intending to purchase. His report was highly detailed and he went above and beyond to inspect the roof cavity, discovering snake skin which revealed potential rodent issues. Gi was a pleasure to deal with. His report was very concise thorough and done in a very timely fashion. He also clarified some things that he wrote in his report over the phone. Would definitely use him in the future if required.
