I rarely leave reviews but I need others to be made aware of the billing processes that have continued to be a pain for me. When I had an appointment I confirmed with my insurance provider what the copay would be ($0 because of an opt-out situation) and was told at the appointment that I was "mistaken and that they've never heard of that". I was charged $400 at time of service. Lo and behold, insurance has covered it at 100% and I will be getting a refund for the full amount. Both the receptionist and the tech were very welcoming, generous, clearly explained every step with professionalism and kindness! It’s my first time in this particular facility and I will definitely return here from now on

The in-office experience was great (minus the broken AC that wasn’t their fault). What isn’t great is that I paid at the appointment, and now I’m being told I never paid despite having proof on my credit card statement that I paid. I was also told the charge was for an appointment date when I wasn’t even located in the state of Texas. Now I’m questioning if I even got the results for my test or someone else who came on the later date. And who got my money if it didn’t go to Solis? It feels like an insurance scam. Easy to find, easy to park. Nice facility and office. Friendly staff and techs. Very gentle and kind techs as well. Thoughtfully laid out and the process was easy and smooth. I personally liked the private dressing room where I was able to hold onto the key until the end of my exam. Kudos to the staff who were all very kind, gentle and friendly, while still being efficient.
