The staff at the actual location are fabulous. Update: I was called by the office manager after my post and she was wonderful. She helped address my concern promptly. Solis needs to work on their off sire billing department. Again, the office staff were wonderful just the concern with billing department. Billing on the other hand is a nightmare. I was charged at time of appointment for expected cost. Then I received notification from my insurance that they paid the bill and my expected cost was $0. Impossible to get a respon... read more
