We had a wonderful experience being tenants of an Avesta Strata & Property Management apartment building. All of the staff were very communicative and kind and thorough. We will definitely rent with them again in the future!

Suman is a waste of time. She posts on the Avesta website a rental for a house missing the important information that the rental price doesn’t include rent for a suite and that it’s therefore a shared house. She drags people out to the house and only then discloses the fact that it’s a shared house and that the posted rental price is only for the upper level. Suman breaks her promise to send rental information. She is incapable of speaking truthfully. Suman is a selfish untrustworthy person specializing in wasting your time.... read more
